The app works great, however downloading magazines are not efficient. Please can you make a change to your application to enable users to download multiple magazines at the same time. Also if it can continue downloading in the background when using other apps.
This app is broken and support dont offer sufficient support. You will get subscriptions to your library that you dont and subscriptions that you are supposed to be getting are never there. DONT SUBSCRIBE!
Subscribed to 2 magazines. downloaded and tried reading it. Problem is the screen keeps on refreshing. Whats up with that????
Dont use this app, their customer support is non existent. Not once but after numerous attempts to contact customer support did anyone get back to me. I bought a years subscription to a magazine and the only one I could download was 9 months old.
Does not work for iPad contrary to the claims in iTunes
